Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to return.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all glass bottles and serums are securely sealed to prevent leaking during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
